Our client is accelerating detection and response in Cybersecurity using AI Agents. They are building something new. Something cool. Something unique. Uncharted.

We are looking for a hands-on, up-and-coming product leader to join us in creating stories in Jira and then narrating those product stories to customers.

Responsibilities

The Senior PM will be responsible for:
  • Drive the formulation and implementation of the product roadmap, aligning it closely with the company's strategic objectives and market demands.
  • Work with the engineering and design teams and other key groups to establish precise product specifications, features, and end-user requirements.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to pinpoint product enhancement opportunities and set the product apart in the marketplace.
  • Monitor and interpret key product performance indicators, using these metrics to gauge product strategies' effectiveness and guide decision-making for future developments.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales departments to craft effective market entry strategies, define product positioning, and create supportive materials for the sales force.
  • Advocate for the user perspective throughout all phases of product development, integrating user feedback and insights to enhance product value and user satisfaction.
  • Navigate and resolve conflicts among project demands, considering user requirements, organizational goals, and technical challenges to make informed decisions.
  • Guide and develop less experienced product team members, promoting a team environment that values cooperation, creativity, and high performance.
  • Work with the Engineering team based out of Bangalore.

Is this you?
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar discipline. An MBA or another advanced degree is a plus but optional if you bring substantial operational experience.
  • Possess at least 3 years of experience in product management, with proven capabilities in launching and expanding B2B products with a focus on Cybersecurity products.
  • Strong technical expertise.
  • A solid grasp of the Cybersecurity industry and its technological developments is a must-have.
  • Experience thriving in startups, small teams, or dynamic environments is highly beneficial.
  • Outstanding ability to communicate complex concepts effectively and compellingly.
