Role Overview:

As an In-Person Closer Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding the company's presence in Glendale and beyond. This role focuses on meeting with prospective clients, consulting on hair restoration goals, and guiding them through the decision-making process for investing in a $5,500 treatment plan.

Job Description:

• Conduct in-person consultations to close high-ticket hair restoration treatment plans.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, offering expert guidance to aid in their decision-making.
• Achieve monthly sales targets with a commission-based structure.
• Contribute to the growth and expansion plans of California Aesthetics in Glendale and future locations.

Requirements/Ideal Candidate:

• Must have experience in closing high-ticket offers (ideally $5,000+).
• Proficient in face-to-face sales with strong consulting skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
• Reside in or be willing to commute to Glendale, LA County.
• Flexible schedule working 5 days a week, Saturdays are required.

Compensation:

• Annual OTE $165,000 to $264,000+
