We're looking for a Senior Learning Experience Designer who can bring visionary ideas and polished execution to help scale our partner education.

What You'll Do

1. Craft engaging learning journeys: Develop comprehensive learning paths that elevate our partners' sales and technical skills, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in enterprise generative AI.
2. Design dynamic learning experiences: Create a diverse range of learning materials, from written and video content to interactive modules and job aids, tailored for self-service, live, and virtual instructor-led training.
3. Collaborate across teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance and expand our educational offerings, meeting the needs of our technical and sales partners.
4. Identify and address gaps: Continuously assess our learning materials to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
5. Empathize and advocate: Understand partner challenges and champion new opportunities to support their growth through education.
6. Leverage research-informed strategies: Apply instructional design methodologies to create engaging, effective, and data-driven learning experiences.
7. Foster a culture of assessment: Build feedback and assessment systems to refine our programs.
8. Build strong relationships: Cultivate connections with stakeholders and program managers for alignment and success.

What Youll Need

1. Expertise and craftsmanship: Proven track record in creating meaningful, concise, and effective learning experiences for external audiences.
2. Experience in external enablement: 8+ years developing and delivering on-demand, VILT, and ILT learning, including scripts, self-serve resources, and e-learning solutions using various media.

• Partner or customer learning in enterprise software
• Backwards design
• Social and gamified learning
• Assessment design

• Generative AI proficiency: Comfortable driving learning outcomes for AI tooling and solutions.
• Relationship builder: Skilled at building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Instructional and UX design: Knowledge of instructional design and UX principles.
• Tool proficiency: Experience with design, authoring, voice-over, and video creation tools.
• Iterative mindset: Comfortable with experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Self-awareness and growth: Prioritize feedback and personal development.
• Curiosity and passion: Love learning and bringing fresh perspectives.

Note

• Travel: Up to 15% domestic and international travel may be required.
• Portfolio: Submission of a work sample or portfolio is required.
