Job Purpose:

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a vital role in developing cloud-native applications, building scalable APIs, and creating engaging user interfaces. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, and DevOps to deliver robust, high-performance solutions that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and sustain end-to-end web applications using Java, Spring Framework, Angular, and AWS technologies.
• Deliver high-quality, optimized code across both front-end and back-end components.
• Implement and manage Kafka for real-time data processing and event-driven systems.
• Design and maintain complex data models and perform advanced SQL queries to uphold data consistency.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to break down business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
• Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and foster a culture of clean coding practices.
• Work within an Agile/Scrum environment, integrating CI/CD pipelines with tools like Git, Jenkins, and JIRA .
• Partner with architects and technical leads to ensure solutions align with architectural standards.
• Keep abreast of new technologies and provide insights on improving application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in Java and Spring Framework for backend development.
• Hands-on experience with Angular or similar JavaScript frameworks for front-end development.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and building cloud-native applications.
• Proficiency with Kafka for event streaming and data pipelines.
• Solid experience with complex SQL and data modeling.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Git , Jenkins , and project tracking with JIRA .
• Experience working in an Agile development setting.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and collaboration skills.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
