Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong foundation in both accounting and financial planning & analysis. The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes in partnership with business unit leaders
• Perform detailed variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast/budget) and provide actionable insights
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes in coordination with the Accounting team
• Develop and enhance financial models to support scenario planning and business cases
• Consolidate and analyze financial data using SAP BPC and other reporting tools
• Present financial results and performance metrics to senior leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, accounting, and corporate finance teams
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and planning processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in Finance and/or Accounting roles
• Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts
• Prior experience with SAP BPC (or comparable planning tools) strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
