\nJoin Scripps Health as our Senior Director of Imaging Ambulatory Services where you will work with a knowledgeable imaging team and partner with experienced operational leaders in healthcare. As a senior leader, you will have the opportunity to participate in work that impacts the entire health care system.
\nIn this key role, you will oversee the daily operations of multiple patient care units and departments, driving excellence in financial and operational performance, service quality and communication.
\nYou will collaborate closely with management teams to develop and implements strategic plans, foster business unit growth, and enhance the productivity of both physicians and support staff. With a focus on leadership, you will guide managers, supervisors and teams to ensure smooth daily operations, exceptional patient outcomes, and outstanding customers services at every level. Bring your understanding of imaging from perspectives other than from a radiology point of view, and expertise in the nuances of how cardiac imaging and other specialties interact with our imaging team.

\n· Bachelor's degree
\n· Minimum of 10 years in imaging services, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
\nRequired Certification/Registration:
\n· At least one imaging modality certification or license.
\nPreferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
\n· Master's degree and an understanding of how cardiac imaging and other specialties interact with imaging teams.
