About the team While we're a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person. What you'll own Provides leadership for area of responsibility including planning, coaching, recruiting, selection, performance development and mentoring. Responsible for activities involved in selling products and/or services, developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts in the government vertical Develops strategies and objectives to achieve revenue goals in specific markets Identifies critical market segments through market research and competitor analyses and recommends sales strategies for improvement. Implements and executes sales policies and practices. Participates in building, packaging and price setting with members of management to meet market needs. Ensures development and maintenance of long-term relationships with client base. Instills a belief in the company's vision, mission and goals and works to establish Worldpay as an industry expert and leader. Responsible for attaining revenue goals including the development of tactical and strategic plans to create and close product/service opportunities. Other related duties assigned as needed. Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $167,300.00 - $276,100.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
