Responsibilities

• Drive business development by identifying opportunities and building client relationships.
• Support interview presentations for new projects, with senior PM involvement.
• Oversee all project phases, from pre-construction to closeout.
• Lead Estimating Department during pre-construction and present deliverables to clients.
• Host clients during CM@Risk bid days and lead project kick-off meetings.
• Attend board meetings as needed and ensure thorough understanding of owner and subcontractor agreements.
• Review owner contracts before execution and assist with project challenges and contract buyouts.
• Ensure job cost accuracy and attend OAC meetings.
• Lead communication between clients and internal teams.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Attend client events and train Project Management Team on SOPs.
• Participate in the Performance Review Process.

Skills/Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in K12 construction with a general contractor.
• Active in industry organizations.
• Consistently meet deadlines and manage budgets.
• Open and honest communication with team members and clients.
• Strong customer service focus, both internal and external.
