Job Requisition ID: 92002 Location Designation: Fully Onsite Location: 44 South Broadway, White Plains, New York 10601 Offered Wage: $150,280.00/year Duties: Execute automation and manual test cases on technology solutions to validate business requirements, design specifications, and production readiness. Develop and execute test plans to validate software solutions using real-world scenarios and business processes. Collaborate with Requirements Leads, Business Analysts, and IT Testing professionals to ensure proper testing of business requirements. Report defects, usability variances, and issues impacting production readiness. Contribute to defining testing acceptance criteria and final approval of production readiness. Work with Business Requirement Leads to determine test coverage, scenarios, and exploratory testing strategies. Execute testing, including system maintenance and strategic programs for business growth and modernization. Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (foreign education accepted) plus five (5) years of experience in QA, automation, and manual testing within the insurance industry, using Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Alternatively, a Master's degree with three (3) years of relevant experience. Skills include developing Selenium-Java automation frameworks, coordinating UAT testing, crafting test strategies, testing web services, and creating JIRA dashboards.
