Key Responsibilities
Operate independently in a fully remote environment
Generate leads through strategic online advertising (training & templates provided)
Conduct short interviews with prospective clients via phone or Zoom
Provide support and mentorship to new community members and team partners
Attend weekly professional development and training sessions via Zoom
Qualifications
Experience with digital marketing (social media ads, paid traffic, content marketing, or lead generation)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own time
Interest in personal development, leadership, or human potential
Minimum 5–10 years of overall work experience
Proficient with basic tech tools (e.g., email platforms, social media, Zoom)
Fluent in English
