Position Snapshot As a Scrum Master, you will ensure Paradigm's Agile teams are empowered to deliver results. Your role involves facilitating Agile processes, fostering collaboration, removing obstacles, and driving continuous improvement. You should be adaptable, solution-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced, changing environments. You will report to the Program Manager. Core Responsibilities Lead daily Scrum, sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, ensuring adherence to Agile principles. Provide coaching and guidance to the Agile development team. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth development processes. Identify and resolve impediments to team progress. Track and report key Agile metrics, using data for continuous improvement and decision-making. Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. Facilitate communication between development teams and stakeholders to clarify project goals and progress. Stay updated with Scrum and Agile best practices and share insights with the team. Experience And Skills Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development. Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to facilitate meetings and resolve conflicts. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Knowledge of Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). Commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Education And Qualifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
