Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Scrum Master

Job Title: Scrum Master

Full-time/W2 - Contract

Location: Des Moines, IA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

Contract Duration: 12+ Months

As a Scrum Master, you will:

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex Agile initiatives and deliverables, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Contribute to large-scale project planning and ensure timely delivery of Scrum Master responsibilities.
• Analyze and resolve Scrum-related challenges using sound judgment and evaluation of multiple variables.
• Apply knowledge of Scrum principles, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to guide team operations.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to align on goals, remove blockers, and facilitate Agile best practices.

An ideal candidate would have:

• Scrum or Agile experience, demonstrated through work, consulting, military, or academic background.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:
• Jira and Confluence for Agile project tracking and collaboration
• Power BI for reporting and visualization
• Capacity Planning tools and practices

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: Between $55 - $65 per hour>

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
