CLIENT'S SUMMARY OF POSITION
* Develop intervention strategies to increase academic success.
* Provide individual, group, and family counseling as well as crisis intervention.
* Assist in developing positive behavioral intervention strategies.
* Obtain and coordinate community resources to meet students' specific needs.
* Collaborate and consult with other staff as well as provide training when needed.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Master's degree from an accredited institution
* Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
* Valid School Social Worker endorsement
