First Student is now hiring School Bus Drivers in VICTORIA, B.C

Why join as a School Bus Driver? For many reasons 

• $24.75/HR starting wage; depending on routes available
• $3000 NEW HIRE BONUS FOR CLASS 1 AND 2 APPLICANTS. Please speak to Location Manager regarding bonus payment details, bonus expires
• No experience necessary! We train, and will PAY YOU $17 per hour while in our training program to obtain your Class 2 license.
• 4 Hours guarantee
• Additional hours available – charter route opportunities!
• Have young children? You can bring them on the bus with you!
• No nights or weekends, however extra hours available on the weekend for those interested!
  
   

About the Position

• Join our team of professional drivers dedicated to getting students to and from school safely 
• Drivers enjoy the support of our industry leading technology to guide them through their daily routes 
• Prioritize vehicle maintenance by conducting pre and post trip vehicle inspections 
• Provide support to students by assisting with boarding and exiting the bus
  
   

Qualifications

• Good verbal communication skills
• At least 21 years old
• 3 years unrestricted driving experience
• Valid Class 2 Learners Permit
• Must come with recent clear vulnerable sector check
• Undergo & pass a Ministry prescribed medical examination & background check
