Job Description

Minutemen Staffing is now hiring a Non-Ferrous Scale Operator for a local Recycling company in Dayton.

Shift - Tuesday - Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm

Pay - $16 an hr.

Temp to Hire

Job Description:

• Effectively weighing all inbound and outbound trucks.
• Reviewing and inspecting all inbound loads for compliance with recycling standards.
• Completing all required paperwork accurately
• Assist customers by providing pricing information and clarifying the types of materials accepted

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Relevant experience in a recycling or manufacturing environment required
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to utilize computer systems for data entry and record keeping
