· Must have a background in SAP implementation and customization
· Steer UAT Testing with ability to write scripts with heavy QA Team interaction
· This role will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP to meet those requirements, and providing ongoing support and training to end-users
· Work closely with QA Teams/business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements related to test cases and scenarios
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP with other systems, such as CRM, eCommerce, and third-party applications
· Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting
· Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP configuration, processes, and procedures
