Job Description
Warmly welcome clients as they arrive, making them feel comfortable and valued. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments based on client preferences and stylist availability. This includes handling cancellations and no shows efficiently. Answer client inquiries about services, pricing, and promotions via phone, email, or in person. Provide information and assist clients in making informed decisions about their services. Handle payments, issue receipts, and manage cash or credit transactions accurately at the end of each service. Maintain client records, update appointment schedules, and manage office supplies. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, welcoming. Assist in promoting salon services and products, including informing clients about special offers and loyalty programs.
