Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for a Salesforce Project Manager and this is a hybrid position in Sunnyvale, CA.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure that Salesforce solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
Define project scope and objectives.
Manage project resources, including team members and budget.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Ensure projects adhere to Salesforce best practices.
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
Gather and document requirements from business users.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Lead and motivate project teams.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and end-users.
Facilitate communication and collaboration within the project team.
Required experience/skills:
over 10 years of experience in salesforce related project management.
Proven ability to drive multi-million dollar initiatives that impacts multiple cross-functional organizationsCan effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously with little direction.
Demonstrates strong program management skillset; capable of seeing cross functional impacts/initiatives from inception through implementation.
Experience operating independently and administering both complex and integrated project plans to include both internal and external deliverables.
Ability to draft and present executive level presentations.
Ability to lead and guide both internal and external stakeholders to proactively mitigate risks, issues, decisions, and action items.
Lead requirement sessions and prioritization of requirements for current/future state processes based on both quantitative and qualitative outputs.
Ability to prioritize requirements through SWOT analysis.
Can provide recommendations and usher decisions in an environment through ambiguity to achieve synchronicity within project team.
PMP certification preferred.
Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple, high-reaching priorities simultaneously.
