Key Responsibilities:
Conduct manual testing of Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce modules.
Create, review, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools like JIRA or ALM.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Validate data integrity and workflows in Salesforce to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, security policies, and data governance standards.
Provide testing support during production releases and post-deployment validation.
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in manual testing with a focus on Salesforce applications.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other CRM modules.
Hands-on experience in writing and executing test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
Knowledge of bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM.
Experience in testing Salesforce configurations, custom objects, workflows, and reports.
Familiarity with API testing and data validation within Salesforce.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Tester ) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Salesforce automation testing tools like Selenium, Provar, or Tosca.
Understanding of SOQL/SOSL queries for data validation in Salesforce.
Exposure to Salesforce Lightning components and UI testing.
