TermitesWe are seeking a hard-working, personable, and sales-oriented team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time *Termite Sales Representative* position located on the road in the area around *Tucson, AZ*. Termite Sales Representatives are expected to make sales by converting leads into customers. This position will report to our office in *Tucson, AZ*. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment, excels working at an individual level, and is looking to grow their career in sales.

*Responsibilities include:*
* Meet daily in-person with warm leads to sell termite solutions
* Engage with customers in a friendly and respectful manner
* Answer questions and provide clear, concise information
* Work to achieve monthly or quarterly sales KPI’s, metrics and goals
* Schedule and confirm appointments promptly and professionally
* Follow company guidelines for personal grooming and hygiene
* Conduct thorough inspections of both interior and exterior areas of the property
* Identify locations conducive to termites and preventative measures we would take to protect the home from future infestations
* Identify signs of termite activity, including mud tubes, damaged wood, and termite droppings
* Distinguish between active and inactive termite infestations by analyzing signs of recent activity
* Document and report the status of colonies accurately
* Articulate expectations for curative treatments
* Provide a detailed explanation of inspection results to customers
* Demonstrate how the treatment will effectively address the specific issues found during the inspection
* Develop a clear and detailed diagram of the property highlighting where the termite treatment system will be placed
* Ensure the diagram is easy to understand and accurately represents the planned installation
* Use the diagram to explain the installation process and benefits to the customer
* Work schedule includes every other Saturday
*Qualifications:*
* 1+ years of sales experience, or client-facing customer service experience required
* Must be open to working in a performance-driven environment, and motivated to achieve sales metrics and goals
* A US driver’s license that has been valid for a minimum of 3 years is required
* A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years)
* A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires
* Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
* Prior experience in termite inspection preferred but not required
