XBLUE is a nationwide brand of cloud-based business telephone systems for small to medium size organizations. The Sales Representative reports to the XBLUE National Sales Manager, and works directly with other sales team members and other XBLUE teams. This is a full-time, work from home position. Company business hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm central time, Monday through Friday.
Computer and telecom equipment suited for work from home are provided by XBLUE. The Sales Representative is responsible for home office workspace and reliable and fast broadband internet service. A functional home office workspace with access to the internet is required. The connection to XBLUE equipment may be wired Ethernet or a reliable WiFi free of interference. Non-technical familiarity with the set-up and maintenance of computer and internet equipment is required.
Position tasks and work activities: A key part of the Sales Representative position is the on-going development and in-depth knowledge of XBLUE products and services. Most Sales Representative activity involves in depth explanation of XBLUE products and related telecom services. XBLUE will provide training to build products and services knowledge, and general telecom industry knowledge.
Skills and experiences that are required include:
Phone based customer service experience
Inside sales experience - B2B preferred
Computer skills using the Windows operating system
Experience using word processor and spreadsheet apps
Other desirable experiences include but are not required:
Telecom industry experience
Telephone systems and IT services sales experience - Use of Windows and Google based programs
Google Workspace experience (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Spreadsheets and Chat)
