QTalent Solutions is looking to hire a Sales Representative, for our client - a furniture and architectural solutions provider based in Savannah, Georgia . For over 35 years, our client has remained committed to innovative design, and superior installation. Their clients span across Fortune 500 companies to startups.

As the Sales Representative and Sales team member, you will be expected to evaluate the market, identify opportunities, develop business relationships, and secure business to help our clients accomplish their objectives. You will be responsible for networking, active engagement with our partners/vendors, and collaboration with colleagues to foster business activity with clients and prospective clients. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, this Sales Representative will help develop and deliver presentations and proposals that address client needs.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Actively network in the market to generate opportunities aligned with the company's Sales strategy
  • Meet sales volume goals, gross profit, and service quality of client accounts
  • Qualify potential clients, plan sales approach, and work with Design to develop/refine solutions
  • Coordinate with partners and vendors to formulate quotes and provide to clients on time
  • Review each proposal and secure client approval on the order as well as the terms and conditions
  • Engage with clients from the beginning of the sales cycle through project completion to help ensure client satisfaction; be responsive to customer inquiries and requests for information
  • Meet established financial targets for sales and gross profit margin
  • Coordinate with company resources as needed to ensure a successful client experience (i.e., Client Services, Project Management and Accounting)
  • Provide timely updates to the CRM platform (i.e., CORE), including information regarding new leads, sales forecasts, and probabilities
  • Participate in weekly Sales meetings as well as training sessions and networking events
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of furniture sales experience
  • Proven ability to research potential clients and develop an effective sales strategy
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of a CRM platform

  • Strong professional initiative and ability to manage multiple projects and the required follow-up
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and complete assignments with a sense of urgency
