Job Details Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities across target verticals including electronics manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, and healthcare.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and support a team of 2–4 Sales Representatives in the Pacific Northwest region.
  • Performance Management: Set clear goals, track progress, and conduct regular one-on-ones to ensure sales team effectiveness.
  • Account Expansion: Support strategic account development and upselling activities with your team and independently.
  • Territory Strategy: Develop and execute a growth plan for the Portland region, identifying high-potential customers and opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement: Represent the company at key customer meetings, trade shows, and events in the region.
  • Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing, industrial supplies, or related industries
  • 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring sales teams
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
  • Comfortable managing a blended player/coach role
  • Strong communication, coaching, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Ability to travel within the Pacific Northwest region (up to 30%)
