Sales Engineer
Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our sales team, helping to drive sales of our boiler and water heater products. This role requires a mix of sales acumen and technical knowledge in order to effectively communicate the benefits of our products to clients and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities - Support the sales team by providing technical expertise on boiler and water heater products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure customer specifications are met.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations to clients.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role in the HVAC or plumbing industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of boilers and water heater systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft NAV or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
