About the Role

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role selling and qualifying products (mostly chemical) using technical, organizational and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the products/services to their needs. In addition, the position provides input and participates in marketing, market planning and technical and business development of products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote chemical and material solutions in the semiconductor industry.
• Identify customer needs and collaborate with suppliers to develop tailored product applications.
• Deliver technical sales presentations and work closely with customers to demonstrate product value.
• Manage customer relationships, track feedback, and utilize Salesforce CRM to enhance engagement.
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and product innovations to drive business growth.
• Support new product development and modifications to meet evolving industry demands.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of technical sales experience in the chemical or semiconductor industry.
• Strong knowledge of chemicals, materials for semiconductor process and semiconductor process flow.
• Proficiency in English (professional level); Japanese preferred. (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Additional Chinese or Korean language skills are a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently (domestic & international) and a valid driver’s license & passport.
