We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented assistant to support our Sales and Marketing Lead in managing operations, logistics, and coordination for our construction and real estate team.
You’ll keep projects, materials, and communications organized so leadership can focus on strategy and growth.
**Responsibilities**
* **Sales Support:** Track leads, estimates, and follow-ups; ensure CRM updates and timely communication; prepare brief progress summaries.
* **Marketing Coordination:** Manage print orders, inventory, and vendor timelines; support trade show logistics; proofread and assist with copywriting; help maintain SEO tasks and digital assets.
* **Administrative Support:** Maintain checklists and SOPs; organize shared files; assist with research and ensure brand consistency.
**Requirements**
* Strong organization and follow-through.
* Excellent written English and attention to detail.
* Comfortable using CRMs, shared drives, and spreadsheets.
* Experience with sales or marketing operations preferred.
* Basic SEO knowledge a plus.

Position is Remote Full time Monday - Friday PST Time. 40 hours a week. Payment is $10 an hour.
