Organizes and administers individualized age specific professional care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital in support of medical care. Supports philosophy, RWJBarnabas Health is seeking experienced RNs to join our Telemetry System-Wide Float Pool. In this role, R'Ns have the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad scope of patient care within the Telemetry specialty while working assignments at each of the sites throughout our system. The RN's support the team and the patients at each site for an average of three months per assignment. There are opportunities available to float regionally (to the northern or the southern region sites) or to float throughout the entire RWJBH system.
