As a Route Sales Support Representative, you'll step in to cover routes when other team members are unavailable, playing a critical role in ensuring the district operations run smoothly. You'll help maintain the high level of service our stores rely on, ensuring customers continue to receive the best support. As the Trusted Advisor, you'll go the extra mile to ensure customers are successful! This role offers valuable hands-on experience to learn the ins and outs of the business, preparing you for the opportunity to take on a route of your own in the future.

This role includes:

• Driving a TBHC Delivers® truck to convenience stores
• Independently unloading and putting away products at every store
• Partnering with store managers and owners to increase sales
• Maintaining accurate records throughout the day

What does the role require?

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds (at times), bend and lift to rotate existing stock with new stock
• Ability to climb into a large commercial truck, on average 40 times per day
• Ability to work a 4-day workweek comprised of 14-hour workdays (average workweek is 50 hours)
• Flexibility to work overnight routes as needed
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for three years, including no DUIs
• Ability to meet Federal DOT medical certification requirements/driver eligibility to obtain/maintain a Class B CDL with air brake endorsement
• A competitive spirit and interest in providing excellent customer service
