The Roll-Off Driver will be responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously providing waste removal services to customers across multiple lines of businesses. The CDL Driver will collect waste from customer sites and transport to post-collection facilities for proper disposal. The role involves delivering safe, efficient, and courteous waste removal services to a diverse range of customers across multiple lines of business, ensuring high-quality service and strict adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities include operating roll-off trucks and equipment safely, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining cleanliness of the cab, completing required documentation, reporting vehicle mechanical issues, maintaining route quality standards, communicating professionally with customers and the public, identifying hazards, following safety protocols, wearing personal protective equipment, maintaining service records, attending safety meetings, and working overtime as needed. Requirements include possession of a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with at least one year of commercial driving experience or a CDL school certificate, proficiency in operating vehicles and equipment safely, strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, strong verbal and written communication skills, basic math skills, physical capability to lift 50 to 100 pounds and sit for extended periods, and ability to work in loud, varying weather conditions with exposure to mechanical parts and traffic.
