What You'll Do:
Provide expert telephone triage services to both pediatric and adult patients, utilizing your clinical judgment to assess symptoms and provide appropriate guidance.
Effectively manage a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating your ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Utilize your strong computer skills and electronic health record knowledge to document patient interactions accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with a supportive and dedicated team of healthcare professionals, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Leverage your clinical expertise and critical thinking skills to resolve patient concerns and provide reassurance.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Is a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
Has experience in emergency department, call center, or provider office triage settings (preferred).
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey empathy and professionalism over the phone.
Is a highly organized and efficient multitasker, capable of managing competing priorities.
Demonstrates strong computer literacy and proficiency in electronic health records.
Is a dedicated and quick-thinking individual who thrives in a challenging and rewarding environment.
Is willing to obtain additional nursing licenses as required.
