Our RN House Supervisor with work collaboratively, with our Director of Nursing to ensure delivery on Haven Behavioral Health's mission to partner with communities and families to improve the lives of patients through the delivery of high quality specialty behavioral health services. The house supervisor oversees the daily nursing operations, for our two units, ensuring the coordination of high quality care. In this role the house supervisor will also assist the Director of Nursing in crafting and implementing process improvement, education and employment engagement initiatives.
