Key Responsibilities

• System-Level Architecture & Modeling:
  • Develop and implement advanced RF system architectures for next-gen communications systems.
  • Conduct thorough system modeling and simulation, from free space propagation to digitizer integration.
  • Leverage industry-standard tools (HFSS, ADS, MATLAB, and Altium) to analyze and enhance RF performance.
• Subsystem Integration:
  • Seamlessly integrate multiple RF subsystems to create a high-performance communications system.
  • Ensure all modules operate in harmony for optimal system performance.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Engage with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and customers to influence system design decisions.
  • Participate in design reviews and customer meetings to gather requirements and provide valuable technical insights.
• Documentation & Communication:
  • Create detailed technical documentation and design specifications.
  • Effectively communicate design concepts, challenges, and progress to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of RF system design and communications principles.
• Familiarity with simulation and design tools such as HFSS, ADS, MATLAB, and Altium.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US DOD clearance (requires US Citizenship).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in full system modeling from free space to digitizer.
• Prior internship or project experience in RF or communications system design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic engineering environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $90,000 - $175,000

This range serves as a general guideline and is not a guarantee of compensation. Official salary determination considers various factors, including position level, job responsibilities, geographic location, relevant work experience, educational background, and market data.
