Title: RevOps Analyst

Our client s is looking for a highly motivated and detailedoriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity where you will play a key role in the company s financial planning and reporting activities by partnering closely with the leaders of various business functions across the company. You will be an integral thought partner by providing financial performance analysis & insights to inform budgeting and resource investment decisions. This role requires a high attention to detail strong analytical mindset excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problemsolving.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner closely with business leaders and functional stakeholders to understand their business area and leverage that knowledge to provide analyses that inform financial planning & business decisions.
• Support highly visible recurring deliverables including monthend reporting quarterly forecasts annual planning & budget and longterm financial plan.
• Serve as a financial expert in discussions with business leaders providing insights and influencing key strategic decisions.
• Design and improve financial models and reporting at the companywide level. Be accountable for the models core assumptions quality timeliness and accuracy.
• Monitor key performance indicators highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variance to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Manage projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation. Prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Training and onboarding of new team members.
• Prepare and present financial updates to senior management.
• Proactively challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement standardization and simplification of our FP&A core processes.
• Perform adhoc reporting and analysis as required.

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree in Statistics Finance Accounting or Business Administration from an accredited institution
  
• Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant operational experience in Revenue Operations FP&A strategic finance investment banking private equity or similar
  
• Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners
  
• Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of performance under tight timelines
  
• Strong written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to present insights clearly
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in SaaS organization is a strong plus
  
• Prior experience supporting GTM and G&A functions is a strong plus
  
• Selfdisciplined diligent proactive and detail oriented
  
• Solutionoriented act like an owner mindset with enthusiasm for establishing best practices
  
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision
  
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous areas of opportunity and thrive in an unstructured fastmoving environment
  
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  
• Preferred software knowledge: high proficiency in Microsoft Excel Hubspot Tableau Salesforce and NetSuite Planning & Budgeting
