What Will You Do? As a Manager of Analytics, you will lead a team of Analysts focused on driving thoughtful and meaningful insights to key business problems through data visualization. Essential Functions: Demonstrates a strong leadership foundation with experience coaching, leading, and training Analysts to grow their skillsets. Effectively manages partner report request inventory, prioritizes appropriately, and meets targeted deadlines. Leverages experience with Tableau development and strong data visualization understanding to support developing meaningful analytical insights. Challenges the status quo to identify and support transformative change. Utilizes strong foundational business/revenue cycle knowledge to support problem-solving ability. Other Duties: Champions the DaVita Mission & Values. Collaborates with other leaders to develop a strong understanding of key business priorities. Provides thought-partnership to other ROPS teams, offering options and recommendations from a data perspective. Communicates thoughtfully and concisely to senior leaders.
