Revenue Cycle Manager:

The Revenue Cycle Manager oversees daily revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, claims, and payments. This role focuses on improving revenue processes, reducing errors, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities of the Revenue Cycle Manager:

• Manage billing, collections, claims processing, and payment posting.
• Monitor and optimize key metrics (e.g., AR days, collection rates).
• Lead and train the revenue cycle team.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare billing standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with departments to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications of the Revenue Cycle Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT), and EMR systems.

The Revenue Cycle Director role is fully onsite in Wooster, OH with a salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
