Revenue Cycle Manager
Location: Onsite role in Marysville, OH
Salary: $70,000- $100,000

Key Responsibilities of the Revenue Cycle Manager:

• Oversee efforts to enhance net revenues, reduce receivables, and improve compliance with payor requirements. Analyze revenue cycle trends and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Lead projects related to charge master maintenance, pricing strategy, and cash collections. Regularly update leadership on billing performance, addressing significant issues and ensuring resolution.
• Collaborate with other department managers to streamline Professional Billing and Patient Financial Services operations.
• Mentor and manage staff, ensuring team performance aligns with organizational goals. Monitor budget adherence and maintain adequate controls through policies and procedures.
• Act as a subject matter expert in payer relations, ensuring contracts and reimbursement processes are optimized.

Qualifications of the Revenue Cycle Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or equivalent experience.
• Must have hospital billing experience.
• 4+ years of core revenue cycle experience.
• Strong leadership and delegation skills, with a proven ability to mentor and manage staff.
• EPIC system experience is a plus.
