Ralph's American Grill in Wilmington is looking for exceptional and experienced Servers to join our team! Ideal candidates have previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant, excellent customer service skills, and flexibility in schedule. The position requires a great deal of energy, a positive attitude, and desire to always wear a smile. Must have open availability including Weekends.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greets all guests in the restaurant.
• Maintains knowledge of all food and beverages served in restaurant.
• Efficiently receives, processes and delivers guest orders.
• Engages in suggestive selling practices.
• Pre-bus during service and maintains a clean section.
• Performs side work and station duties as directed by the manager.
• Performs opening, running, and closing duties as directed by the manager.
• Responsible for processing all payments and practicing safe cash handling procedures.
• Assist in greeting and seating guests, bus tables, and running food when able.
• Position requires standing for long periods of time. Additionally, ability to both lift and push up to 25 lbs is necessary.
• Position requires repetitive reaching and bending.
• Other duties as assigned.

Our server position is an hourly non-exempt position, with dining and travel discounts, and special offers from our business partners, and discount programs. Full time associates are eligible to receive Vacation, PTO, Life, and eligibility to participate in Medical/Dental insurance plans.

Required Experience:

• Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced dining establishment is preferred.
