Restaurant Management - Niu Valley

Restaurant Management (Manager and Assistant General Manager) - NIU VALLEY 5728 Kalanianaole Hwy. Honolulu, HI 96821

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our esteemed team at our Niu Valley location. This position offers full-time opportunities with flexible AM and PM shifts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food service industry and a proven track record of managing and leading a successful team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings and service quality.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role within the food service industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace.
