Seeking Skilled Residential Property Manager 

Are you an organized and proactive property management professional? We are looking for a Residential Property Manager to oversee rental properties, support tenants, and provide expert guidance to property owners. 

Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: 

• Assist new tenants throughout the move-in process, ensuring a seamless transition 

• Prepare and execute all tenant documents for new lease agreements and lease renewals 

• Provide guidance and recommendations to property owners to maximize profitability 

• Taking the lead on marketing rental properties by taking marketing photos, composing ads and posting ads on real estate rental sites 

• Keep property owners informed of their property’s performance, marketing progress and condition through timely updates 

• Ensure security deposit dispositions are accurate and compliant with state laws 

• Manage tenant relations, vendor correspondence, and lease agreements 

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to uphold property value 

• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations 

• Conduct property tours as needed, ensuring all potential tenants have a thorough understanding of the features and rental availability of each property 

• Taking after hours on-call duties to document and address after hours emergencies 

• Perform other duties as needed to maintain operational efficiency 

Qualifications: 

✔ Real Estate License in Minnesota (preferred) ✔ Valid Driver’s License in Minnesota ✔ Minimum of 2 years of residential property management experience ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications ✔ General knowledge of property management software; PropertyWare experience is a plus ✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills ✔ Familiarity with local real estate laws and rental markets ✔ Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently ✔ Proactive approach to optimizing property value and tenant satisfaction 

This position will be a hybrid of in-office and work from home settings, once training is completed 

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm 

Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000 dependent upon experience, plus monthly and yearly bonuses
