• Client Engagement:

  • Provide personalized travel advice and insights based on individual client interests.
• Travel Planning:
  • Research and curate travel options, including destinations, accommodations, and activities that suit client profiles.
  • Stay informed about emerging travel trends, popular destinations, and local attractions.
• Booking Coordination:
  • Manage the booking process for flights, hotels, rental cars, and travel packages, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle changes and cancellations effectively, providing clients with alternative solutions as needed.
• Itinerary Development:
  • Create detailed and organized itineraries for clients, highlighting key travel details, contacts, and recommended activities.
  • Offer suggestions for dining, entertainment, and cultural experiences based on client interests.
• Customer Support:
  • Provide ongoing support to clients during their travels, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
  • Follow up with clients post-trip to gather feedback and encourage future bookings.
• Sales and Marketing:
  • Actively promote travel packages and special offers, aiming to achieve sales targets.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, such as social media campaigns and community events, to attract new clients.
