As a Remote Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers through live chat, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, while working from the comfort of your own remote workspace.
