Job brief
We are looking for a qualified registered Nurse to promote and restore patients’ health. You will work with a variety of patients, and you will provide direct nursing care along with physical or psychological support when required.
Registered Nurse: General Requirements
1. Registered Nurses (transcript required unless they have NCLEX) with more than 12 months of current and consistent acute care nursing experience in an acceptable specialty and facility.
2. Suitable facilities include tertiary and large secondary level hospital of no less than 80 beds in size
3. Avant is seeking only those nurses working in clinical inpatient settings (EXAMPLES: Medical/Surgical, ER, ICU, HDU, CCU, Inpatient Oncology), we are unable to consider Pediatrics , PICU, NICU/Neonatal, OBGYNE/Antenatal/Postnatal, L&D, Psychiatry, OPD
4. Continuous work experience during the process and up to deployment is required.
5. Preference is for nurses who have passed NCLEX or IELTS/TOEFL
6. For RNs without NCLEX, if offered by partner, they will be required to undergo the partners NCLEX review program

Salary: 80,000.00 USD- Salary to120,000.00 USD Pay per Yearly
Successful nurses will be offered a 5100-hour contract with at between US$30-40/hour, which provides potential for between US$80-120,000 or more /annum.
