Responsibilities:The Nurse Educator in the Clovis Cardiac Progressive Care Unit will play a critical role in facilitating the professional development of Community Health System's (CHS) CPCU nursing staff and ancillary staff, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety within our unit. This position involves planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs, as well as providing mentorship to nurses. Additionally, the Nurse Educator will actively engage in patient care to maintain clinical competence.
