Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Kansas

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism and other developmental disabilities? We are looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Kansas

About the Role:

As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with clients, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will help children develop munication, social, and daily living skills through evidence-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy to clients in a school setting
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Collect and record data on client progress
  • Follow behavior intervention plans to reduce challenging behaviors
  • Maintain professional munication with families and caregivers
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
  • RBT certification (or willingness to obtain it before starting)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
  • Passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to pass a background check
