This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join our growing team, providing high-quality, evidence-based care while guiding a dedicated group of clinicians. Regional Medical Directors play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mental health care in our communities, with a focus on innovative treatments like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato.

Join us as we empower Medical Leaders to make a significant impact.

As a Regional Medical Director, you'll:

  • Provide high-quality psychiatric care, including assessments, treatment planning, and medication management.
  • Oversee and support a team of providers across multiple clinics in Maryland and Virginia.
  • Work closely with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and Therapists to ensure a comprehensive treatment approach.
  • Provide mentorship to early-career providers and collaborate on evidence-based treatment methods.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, assist in recruitment and training, and participate in strategic planning for program growth.

Qualifications:

  • Must be board certified in Psychiatry
  • M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine
  • Demonstrated success as a Medical Leader in a multi-disciplinary practice environment
  • Active Virginia and/or Maryland licensure in good standing
  • Relevant state and federal controlled substance registration in good standing
  • Interest in interventional psychiatry (TMS, Spravato, or other advanced treatments preferred)

  • Clinics in Maryland and Virginia
  • Office-based outpatient care
  • Multidisciplinary team environment with clinicians providing Medication Management, Psychotherapy, TMS, and Neuropsychiatric Testing
