Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a High-Volume Recruiter for an established company in South Raleigh. In this role, you’ll help find and place top talent for a variety of positions, with a focus on light industrial and skilled trades. You’ll manage multiple openings at once, build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and play a big part in keeping the hiring process moving smoothly. Responsibilities: Juggle multiple job openings and candidate pipelines at the same time. Find, screen, and interview candidates to match them with the right roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand what they need and deliver great talent. Keep candidates in the loop so they feel valued and excited about opportunities. Stay organized by keeping everything updated in the applicant tracking system. Jump in with ideas to make the recruiting process even better. Requirements: Experience in high-volume recruiting (light industrial or skilled trades is a big plus but not required). Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable talking with people from all walks of life. Great organizational skills and the ability to handle lots of moving parts. A fast learner who’s flexible and can adapt quickly to new tools and processes. Even if you’re newer to recruiting, if you’ve got the basics down and are eager to grow, we’d love to train the right person!
