About the Role:
We are seeking a warm, professional, and highly organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our office. In this role, you'll manage the front desk, provide exceptional customer service, and support day-to-day administrative operations. Responsibilities:
Greet and assist all visitors and staff with professionalism and a positive attitude
Answer and route incoming calls, take messages as needed
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and lobby area
Order office supplies and coordinate maintenance for office equipment
Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and data entry
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer service mindset
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
