What you'll do:

• Complete a series of courses and job shadow experiences to understand all roles in the dealership
• Learn and successfully understand the business flow as a Parts Procurement Specialist, Parts Outfitter, or Internal-Project Manager or learn and successfully utilize Bish's RV sales process and achieve PRO-level certification as an RV Outfitter (not an exhaustive list)
• Work effectively as a member of the Service or Sales team to meet and exceed the expectations of our valued customers
• Prove that you understand your current role by exceeding your goals
• Work towards qualification for promotion to appropriate role based on path discussed with dealership management
• Successfully complete our leadership training and development courses
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with customers and co-workers
• Consistently demonstrate Bish's RV's 'permission to play' values of Integrity, Helpfulness, Accountability, and Trustworthiness

• Completed an Associate's or Bachelor's degree within the last 3 years
