Job Title: Real Estate Manager

We are seeking a dynamic individual who will manage a multi-family property near Bonner Springs. As a Real Estate Manager, you are responsible for maintaining and enhancing the physical environment of the property, as well as optimizing the financial performance, to position this property as a top performer in the competitive market.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure to consistently provide a high level of customer service to tenants, vendors and staff.
  • Responsible to manage financial aspects of the property inclusive of collections and budgeting.
  • Administer marketing plans and property showings to increase occupancy.
  • Develop high-quality on-site teams through effective recruitment, training, motivation, and coaching programs.
  • Coordinate proper maintenance to enhance the physical attractiveness of the property.

Minimum Requirements:

 

  • Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of multi-family property management experience required.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Valid operator’s license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
