Job Description

Ro Health is hiring Instructional Registered Behavior Technicians in Jefferson County to work in School Districts, providing 1:1 or classroom support to the students. This school-based RBT position would begin as soon as you can start and would continue through the 2024-2025 school year! The schedule would be roughly 30-37 hours per week as a full-time employee. Experience working with supporting students with special needs, and providing a mix of 1:1 and general classroom support is preferred. Requirements:

• Associates Degree preferred or instructionally eligible
• ABA or Child care Experience
• Previous school-based support experience not required, but preferred
• Strong assessment skills
• Willingness to assist in students learning process
• Strong ability to work in a team environment
• Great with Kids
